As you may or may not know, I work in a school and after a wonderful summer, it’s time to go back 😭 In the spirit of back to school though, I thought I’d share some books set in school that are worth a read. Whether you’re going back to school yourself or have left school in the rearview mirror, hopefully you’ll fall in love with one of these YA or Adult novels.
I just realized I never shared new releases for the end of the year! My 23 Most Anticipated Reads of 2023 post stopped at August, but you can still check it out for some books you may have missed this year! This list is much shorter with only 6 novels, but they include contemporary romances, a fantasy romance, and thrillers.
I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of Megan Goldin’s Dark Corners which is the sequel to her most popular novel The Night Swim. Thank you NetGalley and St. Martin’s Press for sending my the book! I had hoped to read and review it before it released, but alas I’m a couple weeks late, oops! All opinions are my own (as we all know by now I don’t hold back).
